We love the Atlanta Falcons football team, which represents the state of Georgia in the NFL. One of our most beloved clients and supporters, Lisa Carter, is the parent of Lorenzo Carter, who plays linebacker for the Atlanta Falcons. We had the honor of taking their Thanksgiving family photos in 2022. The large family had a couple of poodle dogs that did some posing and brightened everyone’s day.
Fall Family Photos
We started taking the family photos in the living room, which features a beautiful mirror. We were able to catch some nice reflective mirror shots for those who understood the concept.
Atlanta Family Photoshoot
Afterward, we moved to the basement for a family portrait photoshoot. These photos featured similar Thanksgiving outfits with a photo backdrop, but they also changed into fun pajama outfits that had everyone laughing.
Family Photo Session Takeaways
This was a fun time with the Carters. However, there were some mundane times when the photos were mostly the same, with different groups of people switched out. With better planning up front (but who plans when you’re friends?), some of this downtime during the session may have been avoided. We’ll improve the flow at the next family photoshoot session. Hopefully, that is you!
Conclusion
The family photography session went well. After seeing the photos, Lisa responded, “You’re the BOMB.” Outside of the little downtime that made the mundane moments seem much more prominent, it was an overall success.
