Mandalorian Protectors at the 2022 Dragon Con Parade protect onlookers.

This is a minimal panning shot with much less blur than the motorcycles at the parade. This is because to creata a panning shot, you need to track your subject. It is obvious that a motorcycle will move faster than a human, so tracking a human will move less distance and create less blur, which is what we expect since walking is slower than a bike.
