Your account is used to streamline the process and have everyone on the same page, which will lead to the best results. Everything should be straightforward as far as getting your service reserved for the date you need. You will also receive your images through your account.

What email address should I add to my address book to receive all the system update emails?

How do I make a deposit payment?

Please log in to your account and select the Make Payment menu option at the top of the page.

How do I view my current request?

Please log in to your account and select the My Requests menu option at the top of the page.

How do I update my account details?

Please log in to your account and select the Account Details menu option at the top of the page. You will be able to upload your profile picture (and earn virtual bucks) and update other information about your account.

How do I change my password?

Please log in to your account and select the Account Details menu option at the top of the page. Select Change Password close to the bottom of the page and follow the instructions.

How can I earn virtual bucks to use towards my next service need?

There are a few ways to earn bucks to make provide discounts to our services. You can upload a profile image, add your birthday (we'll send you a nice amount of bucks around the time of your birthday), and provide feedback after your service is over. All of these actions will earn you virtual bucks instantly that can be used towards your service. You can also earn a significant amount of virtual bucks (125) towards your next service by referring us to a paying client after you've completed your service.

Can I make changes to my reservation after the deposit has been made?

Yes, the system will allow you to edit and make changes that don't require re-confirmation such as change in location etc, however, if it does not, please give us a call to address your concerns.
